Plans

Choose by what you will actually use.

Three plans in a ladder: each one includes the previous in full. No cut-down versions and no half-finished features, just where each one stops.

01

Maintenance

Maintenance, end to end

A complete CMMS to start with one plant or one vessel. Orders, preventive plans, assets and inventory, with the mobile app for technicians.

  • Global dashboard
  • Work Orders
  • Preventive maintenance, by calendar or by machine hours
  • Checklists with ranges that alert when a value falls outside
  • Assets and Locations, with their hierarchy
  • Inventory: machine spares and general material
  • Suppliers, Teams and Users
  • Files and documentation
  • Mobile app for technicians in the field

1 admin in total · Per site: 1 manager and 2 technicians

No shop-floor operators: that role starts on Operations.

Operations

The whole operation, not just maintenance

Everything in Maintenance, plus what happens outside the workshop: what the shop floor sees, what has to be recorded and the team's week.

  • Everything in Maintenance
  • Shop-floor operators, with the mobile app
  • Reports: eight types, with photo and cost impact
  • Dynamic forms, with signature and conditional logic
  • One-off and recurring tasks
  • Weekly planning by shift and person
  • Three dashboards depending on who is looking

2 admins in total · Per site: 2 managers, 4 technicians and 10 operators

The operator has their own access, so sharing an account never pays off.

AI Enterprise

What runs itself, and what you have to prove

Everything in Operations, plus the three things no spreadsheet can do: buy without anyone remembering, arrive at the audit ready, and deduct material from what you make.

  • Everything in Operations
  • Purchasing, with several suppliers per item
  • Automatic replenishment at the minimum, with an email to the supplier
  • Compliance Center, with the auditor's sealed dossier
  • Production: declare what you made and material goes down on its own
  • Production plan: what to buy, how much, and by which day
  • ORION, an AI chat over your real data
  • Smart Planner and AI routines
  • A weekly summary that writes itself
  • Files per unit, for a fleet or multiple plants

3 admins in total · Per site: 4 managers, 8 technicians and 20 operators

AI usage is measured and capped, and you see it on the screen itself.

What each plan includes is not a ceiling.

Seats are per site

Managers, technicians and operators are counted for every site you add, so signing up a new plant brings its own allowance. The administrator does not: administering is a company job, not a site one, and a shipowner with six vessels does not have six administrators.

And going over blocks nothing

If one day one more person joins than your plan includes, they join and they work. It gets billed, not locked out. A cap and an extra are different things, and you cannot charge someone you never let in.

There is only one closed door

The shop-floor operator does not exist on the Maintenance plan. It is not an allowance of zero: that plan is pure maintenance, and an operator there would open the app and find nothing to do.

The user figures are what each plan includes, not a ceiling: if one more person joins, they join and it gets billed. The only exception is the operator on Maintenance, where that role does not exist. Sites work the same way: the first is included and the rest are added when you need them. How each of these shows up is something we go through on the call, with no surprises.

What people ask while comparing

Because the price depends on how many sites you have and how many people come in, and a lone figure in a table misleads more than it informs. On the call we give you the exact number for your case, and it does not move afterwards.

What people ask us before deciding.

And the honest answers, including the ones that do not flatter us.

It depends mostly on how much has to be brought over: a plant with fifty assets is not the same as a fleet of six vessels. Setting up your space and loading your assets and locations is our job, not homework we hand you, and we stay with you through the first runs. On the call, with your numbers in front of us, we give you a concrete timeline for your case.

No. If your people can use WhatsApp, they can use FluX. The operator opens their job, ticks what they did, and that is it. No manuals and no course.

That is the normal way to start. Every plan includes one unit and you add more when you need them. You do not have to be a multinational for this to make sense.

Yes. The mobile app stores the work on the device and syncs when the connection comes back. Handy in a ship's hold or a warehouse with poor coverage, though it is not what makes FluX different: that is the record becoming evidence.

There is no self-serve free trial, and we would rather say so plainly. What we do is show it to you with your type of operation on a call, and if it fits, we set up your workspace with your data.

You take your data with you. You can export your lists at any time, and if you leave, it is returned or deleted, whichever you prefer. No lock-in and no hostage data.

It queries your company's data to answer you, summarize and suggest. Nothing else. It is not shared with other companies, it does not leave your workspace and it does not train any model. And in compliance the AI never decides the status: it suggests how to close what is missing, but the status comes from cross-checking the standard against your records.

Every operation is different, so pricing adjusts to yours. Each plan includes a number of users per profile and all of them are expandable: the administrator is a total per client, while team leads, technicians and operators are counted per unit. Tell us your case and we will prepare a tailored proposal, no strings attached.

Which one fits you?

Tell us how many sites you have and who is going to use it, and we will tell you which one you actually need. If the top one is overkill for you, we will say so.
