Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the informational website on-flux.com. Access is free and open, and gives the status of user to whoever accesses it, which implies acceptance of this Legal Notice from that moment on.
Use of the FluX platform (app.on-flux.com) is not governed by this document but by the subscription agreement and the particular conditions provided during contracting, together with the corresponding data processing agreement.

Conditions of use
The user undertakes to make diligent and lawful use of the website. The following is expressly prohibited:
- Entering false data, impersonating third parties or using someone else's contact details.
- Carrying out bulk or automated extraction of content, reverse engineering, or any action that compromises the availability, integrity or security of the site.
- Introducing or spreading malicious code, or attempting to access restricted areas or other users' data.
- Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting the contents of the site without the provider's prior written authorisation.

Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the website (texts, graphic design, navigation structure, logos, trademarks, images, videos and source code) belong to the provider or to its licensors and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Access to the site grants the user no right or title over those contents. Viewing them, and the temporary reproduction needed for browsing, is permitted. Any other use, in particular reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication, requires the provider's express written authorisation.
The name «FluX», the logo and the distinctive signs appearing on the site are signs belonging to the provider. Any third-party trademarks that may be cited belong to their respective owners and are mentioned without any intent of association or sponsorship.

The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and its information up to date and free of errors, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, nor continuous availability of the service, nor that the contents are permanently up to date.
The figures, savings ranges, improvement percentages and results shown on this site, including the return-on-investment calculator, are indicative estimates based on ranges that are common in the sector. They are not a binding offer nor a guarantee of results. Actual results depend on the circumstances of each operation.
